An artist from the beginning, Long Beach, CA native China began dancing, arranging music and writing poetry at the age of 6. A graduate of Long Beach Renaissance High School for the Arts, UC Davis with a BA in Creative Writing, and The Stella Adler Studio of Acting with an MA Equivalent in Dramatic Arts, China has always used art as a vehicle for expression and survival.​

She is currently working on her first professional short film and EP, Cowgirl Delta, directed by Aliza Brugger, composed by China Pharr and Crispy Akiyama, and produced by Arlyn de Santos, slated for completion in September 2026.

She stars in the film, The Drops, written by Brooke Baltimore and directed by Heloisa de Oliveira. Release date in 2027.

She's a part of the ensemble cast for Deborah Kampmeier's feature film, Holy Whore, filming this summer.

You can find her walking uptown on Harlem River Dr, at pilates class or wrangling in the teenagers at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting.
